## Who it is for

Startups, sole traders, freelancers and small businesses that want to find customers and run their business from one place instead of paying for many separate tools. Find Customers finds business customers (B2B); a business that sells to the public can use it to find partners and referrers nearby.

## Find Customers

- Searches the web for businesses that could buy from you, in the countries and city or region you choose.
- Each lead shows the business name, website, location, a Hot, Good or Possible label, where it was found, and only a public business contact route. It never guesses email addresses.
- Every result is checked first so competitors, directories and repeats are left out. Each lead has a quality score out of 100; leads below the bar are not returned or counted.
- Leads can show "Why now": a fresh public reason to contact them from the last 6 months (for example hiring, a newly registered company, a new location, a new or missing website), with its date and source link.
- UK companies show their current directors from the public Companies House register (names only).
- For each lead you get a first email, follow-ups that stop when the business replies, a call script, a LinkedIn note, a WhatsApp message (only when a business lists a mobile number) and a letter, and you can add the lead to the CRM in one click.
- Leads a month: 60 on Launch & Scale, 150 on Enterprise & Market Leader, 10 on the free trial. Top-up packs are one-off and never expire: 50 leads for £25, 100 for £45, 150 for £60.

- Both plans include all 26 tools. Additional users are £45 a month each.
- 7-day free trial: no card needed, one per person, includes 10 Find Customers leads. Without a card, email and phone show for the first 5 leads; adding a card unlocks the rest, with nothing charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime.

## Limits worth knowing

- Find Customers finds businesses, not individual consumers, and never guesses personal emails.
- An online store takes card payments once Stripe is connected; until then products show "Contact to order".
