Which tools feed the Content Hub?
All of them. The Logo Maker, Image Creator, Blog Creator, Social Publishing tool, Business Research Centre, Legal Document Centre and HR Management System all save their output straight to your hub, plus anything you upload yourself.
How do I store a file in the hub?
Two ways, and both keep everything in one place. Anything you create with a Machinence tool is saved to the hub automatically the moment it's made, so most files arrive on their own. For everything else, drag and drop it straight in or use the upload button: documents, images, forms, spreadsheets, even whole folders all land in the same library, ready to use.
How do I find a specific file?
Type whatever you remember into the search bar: a name, part of a filename, a tag, or even the tool that created it. Matches appear instantly as you type, and you can narrow them with filters for file type, source, date or size. Switch between a visual grid and a tidy list to spot it however is fastest for you.
Can I organise files into folders and tag them?
Yes. Build a nested folder structure that mirrors how your business actually works, as deep as you need. Add smart tags to group related files across different folders and tools, so a single tag or search brings back everything that belongs together.
Can I share a file or copy a link to it?
Every file has its own direct link. Open it, copy the URL in a single click, and paste it anywhere you work. You can also select several files at once to move, tag, share or download them together in one action.
What if I overwrite or delete the wrong file?
You're covered. The hub keeps earlier versions of your files, so an overwrite or an accidental change is never the end of the story. Open a file's history and roll back to the version you need; nothing is quietly lost.
What file types are supported?
Images, video, PDFs, documents, audio, spreadsheets, code, 3D files and more. If your business works with it, the hub can store it.
How fast is search?
Effectively instant. Search by name, filename, tag, source or type and filter by date and size. Results surface in under a second.
Is it secure for legal and HR files?
Yes. Sensitive documents are kept private with access controls, and every version is retained so nothing is ever overwritten or lost.
