How does automated review request work?

After a customer completes a purchase or booking, Machinence automatically sends a review request email after a delay you set. You can customise the delay, the trigger event and the email template. The system then tracks which emails were opened and which resulted in a review.

Can I respond to reviews using AI?

Yes. For any individual review you can generate an AI draft response with one click, edit it and publish it. For bulk processing you can generate up to 5 AI responses at once. All responses are fully editable before they go public.

How do I show reviews on my site?
