If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from Machinence, you can do so through any of the following methods.

1. Through the App

Log in to your account at panel.machinence.io, go to Settings, and select “Delete Account” to initiate the data deletion process.

2. Via Email

Send a data deletion request to legal@machinence.io. Please include your registered email address and full name so we can locate your account.

3. For Social Media Data

If you connected a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube) and wish to have that data deleted:

• Disconnect the account from your Machinence settings
• Send a deletion request to privacy@machinence.io
• You can also revoke access directly from the respective platform’s settings

What Happens When You Request Deletion

• We will verify your identity to protect your account
• Your request will be processed within 30 days as required by UK GDPR
• All personal data will be permanently deleted, including:
  • Account information and profile data
  • Social media access tokens and cached data
  • Content and files you uploaded
  • CRM and customer data you stored
  • Payment records (retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law)
• Backup data will be purged within 90 days

Meta Platform Data Deletion

When you remove Machinence from your Facebook/Instagram connected apps, we automatically receive a data deletion callback and will:

• Delete all access tokens within 24 hours
• Remove all cached user data within 30 days
• Provide confirmation of deletion upon request

TikTok Data Deletion

When you disconnect your TikTok account from Panel.machinence.io:

• All OAuth tokens are deleted immediately
• Video data and analytics are removed within 30 days
• You can also revoke access from TikTok Settings
